The latest version is below.  If you have an earlier version of the USB handed out at the Feedback
Seminars,  you should download the report, along with the "NEW" references below. Reports both into
the "root directory",  "new" below into the Reference folder.  The Report is in two versions, one for
printing and is BIG the other is smaller and is electronically linked when using the USB version.
